Abstract

背景与目标：较大的单发的胰腺囊性病变（PCLs）的诊断和治疗是临床面临的重要问题，目前主要依靠超声内镜细针穿刺抽吸（EUS-FNA）的结果来做诊疗决策。细针型共聚焦激光显微（nCLE）对PCLs具有很高的诊断效能，本研究旨在评估nCLE对PCLs患者诊疗管理的影响。

BackgroundandaimThediagnosisandtherapeuticmanagementoflargesinglepancreaticcysticlesions(PCLs)representmajorissuesforcliniciansandessentiallyrelyonendoscopicultrasoundfine-needleaspiration(EUS-FNA)findings.Needle-basedconfocallaserendomicroscopy(nCLE)hashighdiagnosticperformanceforPCLs.ThisstudyaimedtoevaluatetheimpactofnCLEonthetherapeuticmanagementofpatientswithsinglePCLs.
